Announcing “Tracy’s Boat House”

Tracy’s Row House will celebrate its new location -perched above the Heritage Harbor Marina-with launch of “Tracy’s Boat House”. The new restaurant will be opened in March exclusively for Heritage Harbor residents and boaters at an “Ice Breaker” event and grand opening to the public will occur at a later date.

Tracy’s Boat House, formerly Crawdad’s, has been completely renovated and enclosed adding a spectacular customer experience to an already amazing view. As you enter the restaurant, now equipped with heat and air conditioning, you will find a U-shaped bar, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the marina, a larger kitchen, and two new restrooms. A terrific new nautical theme adds to the wonderful interior ambiance. And when the warmer days arrive, Tracy will open the patio and deck for additional seating overlooking beautiful Heritage Harbor Marina and the Illinois River Valley.

Residents, visitors and boaters will find “The Boat House” to be a casual place where they can grab a quick bite, a cold drink, catch part of the game on TV or enjoy a romantic dinner by the water. A seasonal menu, including seafood, salads and a wonderful array of appetizers and entrees is being created with regional flavors and ingredients. The menu will be diverse yet familiar, and delicious selections will be created fresh daily.

“The partnership between Tracy’s Row House, Tracy’s Boat House and Heritage Harbor offers unlimited opportunities at both ends of the water, both ends of the canal, great martinis or mai tais, always good food and boat loads of fun,” states Tom Heimsoth, Developer of Heritage Harbor Ottawa.

Tracy’s Boat House will offer ‘ship-to-shore’ carryout service for the convenience of boaters and people on-the-go. In addition, Tracy is currently working on an exciting and energetic entertainment schedule where having fun is a requirement!

Stay tuned for further details about the Ice-Breaker on March 19th and Tracy’s Boat House hours of operation.
