DUSK ‘1st Annual Lighting of the Pumpkins’ on the Jordan Block.
Residents of Ottawa are invited to add their pre-carved pumpkins together to build a lighted pumpkin pyramid with the winner of the “Best Carved Pumpkin in Ottawa” placed at the top of the pyramid!
